You must leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover is yourself. We are aware that we must let go of who we are and what we know in order to become what we truly can be. Often the task of leaving the safety and comfort of the known is not easy. The Year-Long Program is designed to support you in this adventure of exploring new territory, plumbing new depths, and giving expression to the inner treasure that is called forth. Visual art, poetry, authentic movement and voice, improvisation and intuitive play are some of the tools we use on this journey of discovery, yielding gifts of insight, freedom, empowerment, and the beauty and richness of your own being. The Year-Long II Program: The Full Circle Taught by Arunima Orr and K.C. Perkins I'm circling around God, around the ancient tower, and I have been circling for a thousand years, and I still don't know if I am a falcon, or a storm, or a great song. How does life experience get transformed into poetry, painting, movement, theatre, song? That is the question that The Full Circle will answer experientially over the course of the year we spend together. With the Yearlong as a springboard, our dive will take us even deeper into the waters of creativity and inspiration. We will immerse ourselves in all of the practices including authentic movement, authentic voice, artmaking, writing, theatre and intuitive play. The Full Circle is a group committed to meeting one weekend a month over the course of eight months. This commitment allows for the trust and closeness of a bonded group to develop, and encourages in-depth exploration, individual expression, companionship in the creative process, and a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
