With Arunima Orr--Individual sessions provide a private time to explore specific issues. You may choose to focus on personal history, feeling stuck, fear and doubt, or to reflect on a piece or a body of work. Any level of experience may be addressed: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. The individual session may be a time to sing, dance, paint and be witnessed in depth.
